History
I've had several sub-domains in the past when I was still learning about web-design. I saw various sites--Their eye-catching layouts caught my eye. Sometimes I would just sit there, being a quiet soldier, trying to figure out the coding by staring at their source code. I also went to lissaexplains.com to learn more. I was an eager pre-teen. As I read her pages about HTML and CSS, I gained more knowledge. I tested my knowledge by creating pages on Freewebs and Bravenet. While I was learning how to code, I found out about Paint Shop Pro, and wanted it to make graphics. I downloaded the free GIMP instead, but my graphic skills still...sucked. After a year, I finally bought Paint Shop Pro, and was fascinated by it. As my graphic skills improved, my coding skills also improved. I moved on to sub-domains that weren't hosted by common websites. I remember having dollpixed.xquisitekisses.net. It felt nice, but when I had enough points on a forum, I traded them with another member for a custom domain. That was when I got brokenglaze.com.BrokenGlaze.com

BG started out as a "myspace resource" website. During the infant years of BrokenGlaze, I was addicted to making glitters. Brokenglaze was a resource site, then a blog, and then doll/pixel site. It only lasted for a few months, and yet I made so many changes to it.
Chickalent.info

While I was working with BG, I decided to have a new website, CT. I moved my blog from BG to CT, and BG pretty much became dead. My host (for brokenglaze.com) asked me if I was actually going to use it anymore, and I said no. BG was suffering from starvation because I got bored of it, so it was put to sleep.
Chickalent was an awesome site. I still had issues with validating my coding, but it was great nevertheless. I chose Chickalent as the name, because, well, it's really personal to me. To my chicken fetish. CT was a blog, portfolio, and resource website.
TheOUTLANDISH.com

It wasn't until TO that my graphic skills were actually good, and that I was able to validate my coding. TO was my best website. TO was a blog, resource site, and portfolio. It was my most successful site, and I was actually treating it as my baby. Damn, I miss you, TO. The only reason why I don't have TO anymore is because I don't actually own the domain. When I changed hosts, I asked the person who paid for my domain to change the nameservers, but she never responded. Whether it was because she didn't care or because something big happened in her life, you and I shall never know.
Rebound - back to Chickalent
After more than a week, I realized that my "domain benefactor" may never reply to my message. I went back to Chickalent, but then I also realized that Chickalent only had a month or two left. I didn't plan on asking the person who bought the domain for a renewal.OffNo.com

Weeks before CT's expiration date, I went back to so-pink.org, now known as donemyway.com, a former host for TO. I scanned the list of domains that were still available for free rent. I looked at the list before, wanting to get gleeps, but it was already taken when I had a second look. I chose the next best domain name: offno.com. I had no idea what it was supposed to mean, honestly. I knew that it just somehow matched my personality. Maybe.
So here I am, with my fourth domain. I hope this one will last long and not...erm, die. I love this site, too, but it's going to take some time for me to love it as much as I did with TO.
